Habe durch Zufall das Plugin "PowerPluginsManager0.1c" von powermedia gefunden

Von der Art her ein Tool das ich schon lange suche.
Leider in einer mir nicht verständlichen Sprache (Chinesich ?)
Kann irgendjemand das in Englisch oder Deutsch übersetzen?
Würde ihn dabei auch unterstützen (ul_manfred@vpn.at)
Oder hat jemande etwas ähnliches??mfg
