My comment will be on the texturing of your model...
The wood on the stairs and the reailing looks really strange and gives it away...For the stairs you only need to play with the texture positions...
For the rails you need to use a better UV-mapping tool...
The easiest plugin tool for a shape like this would be the UVTools v0.1 by Whaat...
Also the railing seem to have too few arches and making it look a little edged out...P.S. Nice kitty btw...
