Advice on free pdf compression software

Hi,
Ive got a pdf from layout running at 30mb, obviuosly I want to compress it for useability for email. Ive seen a few free/shareware versions.
Any advice on which one to go for? - or another avenue.

Use http://www.7-zip.org/ for compress (use the Zip format)
and then
Use yousendit
(put your adress as "To:" if you want to keep a trace in your own email)
In any case as the file is finished to send you will see at the screen the link addressSo you send just an Internet address link in your email every time you want
And every body that you send the link can load your file
and no problem of little mail box!Free service (max 100 megas by files) is for 7 days so you must re send after 7 days

I've used Nice PDF Compressor. It's free and did what I wanted it to do.
