Just having a play around with V-ray
Does anyone have a half decent displacement map for grass?

Hi Lyall,
I tested some displacement grass. I followed this tutorial : http://rhinotoday.com/2009/02/applying-materials-grass-vray-for-rhino-3d/
(exactly the same as Vray for Sketchup)To obtain best results, you can play with displacement settings in material and in Vray options.
The displacement map and "normal" map used for my render : http://rapidshare.com/files/329841355/grass-map.rar.html
