Recently installed sk07 on new comp and put my ruby plugins in the right folder and got this message, any ideas?

Odd, this is the 4th post with very similar problems in the last 2 or 3 days. So far they have all been copying minor errors. Here is a link to one from a day or two ago with identical symptoms. I think it will help:

It is not a complete, functioning ruby. I'm not sure why its inlucded.
