Looking very good Daniel, but in the render there seems to be one thing of, I think it
has to do something with the perspective of the building, that it's going a bit too narrow to the back.

          But looking great anyways,
          Roevens Johannes ^^

I sort of agree with FoXar
The perspective makes the building look really small. Apart from that its a great model and render.

Exaggeration makes a dull story better.

Beautiful little building and model Daniel and render looks great. Is it a Podium render?

I agree about buildings fov. Maybe try 2 point perspective.
One other thing I notice is the junction between the steps and the side walk. It looks too clean to me,almost like it's floating, but I'm not sure what to suggest to alter that.

Thanks for the nice comments. I placed the camera too close for such a tall building; how's this? Unfortunately, some of the detail is lost.
Dylan, your correct the foreground leaves much to be desired (the whole site, really). It should be gravel, but the texture I used was tiling too much. Eventually, I plan on modeling more Williamsburg models and I will put the courthouse in a more appropriate context. The trees, rendering are Vue Infinite.
