First time render a night scene, Still a lil bit too dark but i think it's ok!

Good work! I think using the same camera angle that you did for the daytime scene would've made for a better nighttime render. I think the 3D people make the scene lose some realism as well. Go with clipmapped or photoshop in images of real people instead.
