Make Mountain Script ?

Try Greble2 by Chris Fullmer or Protrude by Jim Foltz
Not exactly that you want but...you can make something

PS As Divide from Protrude works only on rectangle, use Zorro2 by Whaat for divide your first surfaces

With the Zorro2
you can make something here manually but if you use Projection by Didier Bur you will have the multiple Push Pull with random !
Put negative number if the faces are White
