Plugin Request- Ager

I have been wondering if there is a plugin existing that can simulate aging or breaking down on objects. For example,random dents,random bending,or deletion. Can something like this be created?

The closest thing I know if is Jim's jitter script.

Hehe... First I didn't realise it was "ager" (in English, meaning something that's ageing) but I thought it was Latin (for land).
