SketchyPhysics3 Release Candidate 1

Also have you tried the SPX for mac http://sketchyphysics2.googlecode.com/files/SP3x-Apr5-MacAndWin.zip.

From a fairly experienced SP user who's been following SP since the first release, I can say that it is insanely frustrating to have to scour the internet to find the latest release. Search for Sketchyphysics and you get the sketchyphysics project homepage on Google code, which is insanely out of date, then the Sketchyphysics2 homepage.
Neither one of those has anything remotely resembling a "take me to the latest release which is what I am so obviously looking for" button. Most people who are looking for Sketchyphysics are looking for the latest release. A very few of them are looking for an older release because of some sort of functionality or something, or some hope of increased stability, but i tell you those people are very few in number.
When you go to sketchyphysics.com, you get a link to the sketchyPhysics 1 project on google code. Nothing else.
I am volunteering to create and maintain (and even host on my site, if necessary) the SketchyPhysics website, to compile relevant articles, tips, tutorials, and information, including archiving all releases, so that people can more easily get up and running with Sketchyphysics.
If the SP website as it exists now isn't owned by CPhilips, the owner should step up and either get to work on it or hand the work off to someone else. In this case, I'm volunteering my webdesign skills, time, resources, etc. because the SketchyPhysics community needs it.
If the SketchyPhysics site's hosting is too limiting, I am also offering to host the project under my site, hackthetruth.org (excuse the homepage, I'm redoing the whole site), until the time when the SketchyPhysics site can be supported by donations, ads, or whatever.
The problem right now is that everything is under someone else, and not even in the same place. There is no one obvious place for a beginning user to go to get all the info they need. Fixing this should quickly help increase the size and coordination of the community.
I am offering this out of my interest in the well being and development of the SketchyPhysics community and the SketchUp community in general. I like SP, and I am sad to see it getting slowed down by a lack of centralization.
Why I (haphazard1342) disappeared from the SU community): I have been bogged down with other things and have not been able to spend as much time with SketchyPhysics as I would have liked. in the past, I ran the SketchyPhysics Challenge. unfortunately, due to my lack of time, I had to abandon it, which I consider a loss to the SketchyPhysics community. I plan on restarting the Challenge sometime soon, and welcome anyone who wants to help me out with it.
@==Physicsguy==: Do I know you from the world of Phun/Algodoo? There's a guy named Physicsguy over there as well...

Best thing for it is probably http://sketchyphysics.wikia.com/wiki/SketchyPhysicsWiki, run (somewhat intermittently) by the community. If you've got the dedication to fill in the gaps, that's great, and if nothing else, it pretty consistently provides links to the latest release... but if sketchyphysics could actually be centralised to sketchyphysics.com, that would be fantastic.

Hi Dakota
I'd love to see a regularly updated and well managed website for SketchyPhysics. Has anything come of your offer so far?
