when i starter on the GP 9 DIESEL LOCO MY HEART WAS SAYING "WE SHOULD BE DOING A STEAM LOCO ... NOT A f!#$%^ING DIESEL
But i fairness the GP 9 gave me the confidence to tackle a detailed steam loco my choice was dictated by
the plan that i could get i still only have a side view (no plan or front/rear or sectional views) anyone know where i can get more steam loco plans?
However i will have to guess, deduce and thumb suck to create a 3d model from the plan that i have
      Progress so far

Sounds like a very interesting and exciting project. ๐Ÿ‘ Looking forward to the updates (I can recognise this particular part actually) ๐Ÿ˜‰

I won't promise that I start searching for plans like a madman now but if I encounter something interesting and relevant, I'll definitely let you know.

OK, a link update. Here is a (Hungarian) link collection for "railway modelling". Many of the links go to English language sites so don't get scared right away. The very first one I clicked on is kind of promising: "Steamlocomotive dot Com" with lots of further links I'll let you explore now as I had no sleep last night at all (and anyway...)

Have fun and let us have fun, too.

BTW could you, at this early stage of modelling, reverse all back faces? It's not too late yet IMO.

Today i was preoccupied with "real world things" like earning a living sa i took a break from the main project and drew a rolling stock unit after all the loco is going to need trucks
