This is a funky building that we drive by every time we visit my in-laws. It is the oddest building that has me enthralled. I HAD to model it. I walked off a few dimensions and used Photo Match. This is what I have so far along with some pictures of the existing building.

There is a company out there that makes sticky yardsticks. So when you do photo match, you can run up to you building and slap these on wherever you want and then do your photo match photo. This allows you to confirm dimensions. Then before the owner can sic the cops on you you run back and peel off the yard sticks.
I have had some mixed results with photomatch and am thinking this might help. In addition to measurement the hot orange rulers can be used to help define details lost in shadow.

I just found the URL. They sell software, but they also sell the sticky tapes as a separate item.
