Ten story building? No didnt think of that.
Render comes from Kerkythea.
Trees are from a free Tree making software.
First i rendered the tree models with Kerkythea and make PNG images
of the trees to place in SketchUp.

Tree Software that were used were Gen3 tree-generating script and ngPlant.

Here's a tree(PNG) that was just rendered. Maybe color of leafs is wrong. Some persons have a talent for colors.
