Slice-N-dice...

The attached image was created with the help of a new ruby script by asteronimo called SliceModeler. It will slice up a group or component. After exploding the resulting groups and creating new ones I played with shifting the slices around. The model was rendered in Podium and the combined with a lines-only SU export plus a bunch of graphic manipulations executed in Xara Xtreme Pro.
The resulting image isn't representational. I suppose it can be thought of as a sculptural thingie although its really just a 3d doodle.
