A quick clay animation...
-
Hi All,
I was playing around with a clay-render and since I also made a quick animation, I thought I should post it here as well...
Kwistenbiebel made an animation a while back of the same model...
You can see his animation in the 'Quick and dirty' FLW: Massaro house, where you can also find a link to the model used...You can download a short animation here... (NB! 12,5 MB - Right click and select "Save destination as...")
It only took a total of 1 hour 54 minutes to complete...

Looks good,Frederick, and render time is well manageable (considering the speculars on the water and according reflections which usualy take time to render).
Kerkythea seems well suited for the job.off topic: By the way, I didn't make an animation of that FLW building, just stills if I remember correctly. Not that it matters.

Thanks, Chris..! Much appreciated..!

Absolutely... It's nothing special, but it's a 24 fps render lasting 9 secs = 216 renders = app. 32 sec. per frame...

Sorry... I wrote "animation", but meant "renders"...
Too much on my mind at the moment I guess... -
nice... how did you render the animation, better said, what is the other software u used to join the vray image rendered. i just know how to render the each frame but i don´t know how to make the video

I assembled each frame using VirtualDub, which is both free-ware and one of the best application out there for video editing...
