I don't use Sketchy Physics much but was playing a bit the other day.
My wife turned and said: "Does it make sound when it crashes?"

How cool would it be to have sounds with SP objects?
Maybe have certain sounds associated with a color or specific shape.

I have no idea how difficult this would be.
      It was just a thought.

Its possible. It would be part of the materials once I put those in.

I did have very simple sound working at one point. But it always seemed out of sync.

          Have you tried using suave.rb?

Maybe TBD could get it to work with SP

          Just ideas.

The problem isn't playing the sound. Its what sound, how long, how loud and exactly when.

When I did my previous sound test I used several different sounds like wood on wood etc. But unless it is the "right" sound (including volume and duration) for what you are seeing it just sounds like noise.

The physics engine does support sounds correctly once I hook up materials. Then I just need a UI for it.
