    I have some job but I must convert it in Lightwave, has someone experience with that and is ruby script O.K., thanks every one for help.

        I am sorry but it is not working, I have open Lightwave viewer and there are no textures, what is the reason of this, please help!

          have you searched the lightwave forums. I know there has been mention of working between the two programs.

              what about any 3d-conv/tools?
              I use AccuTrans 3D...obj(or 3ds) to lwo

                I have Acutrans , but can it convert skp to obj?

                  I have try, first converted skp in obj and opened in accutrans and it is good, i can see textures but after that I can not see textures in lightwave?

                    have you pro-version of sketchup?
                    if you have and obj-exporter too, export and convert(so LW support obj-format)

                    put all textures from <model>textures-folder(after exporting) into folder where converted lwo...
                    also you can relocate textures in accutrans - Tools menu>>relocate textures
