I will agree on James comment about the image being very busy, and the yellow trees on the background is killing the scene...and the roof texture need some more work...

John, LOL...and absolutely: at least that's the hope of the developer. Actually, all the hubbub of "college students" was requested...this 8-plex project is a dorm substitute in a small state college town: two bedrooms each (but just because the site would only support 16 parking spaces, and that took a zoning appeal) but the average number of occupants is expected to be 3+.
But point taken...you too James, absolutely thanks! Got me to seeing the image for itself, thank you very much, and all those "dead" spaces floating uninvolved. So resolved them as best I could with as few new stuffs as "possible", and also moved some of the peeps around to tweek their interaction with each other and the space as a whole...how'd I do?
Also, should have made clear: this was never intended to be a job sign (the construction site list of major players...now includes the bank around here LOL :`) image, but "surprise, it's in the works" so I'll post a picture and we'll see...I'm not sure it'll work either?

gian, sounds serious (I have some reservations about them too) please explain what you mean, thanks?
Here's the revised straight SU I keep forgetting to post, the render to be used, and another DWC sketch I'm kinda happy with and hoping you'll comment on too:

It's not that serious but it's just a personal preference of mine, I think the yellow trees is taking all the attention away from the house which is I think is the focus of your illustration. What I see here is that your aiming on a more artistic style, is that right?
