This is my first attempt at a watercolor using SU and Photoshop. I'm still going to add trees, People, and cars. C&C welcome.

Is there a chance you can link a slightly larger image? -
Beautiful style.
That looks like a nice building in the first rendering, but it's too far away. And then in the second rendering you covered it up with landscaping. Unless the parking lot is important to you, I'd zoom in and focus on the building and be more judicious in placing those trees.
IF you do keep the forground, add some cars. -
