nothing too exciting.. i think it was only done so the owner could see the relationship of that exist'g. sign to the new space..haha.... few hours... straight sketchup.. might have to add a bit when i hear back from the architect..

Nice clean look. 2 things popped out at me (quick fixes if they are truly wrong)
Missing shades on the lights over the front of the building
the awnings are a bit too basic for the architectureJust my opinions, but all around nice stuff as usual.

scott...totally agree with both! buuuut, both are exactly as documented on the architect's drawing.. small gooseneck lights with very small, modern shades.. and awnings with zero detail.. maybe they'll tell me more tomorrow..
