My first TENTATIVE showing

Here is my first showing on the forum. It was inspired by a call for "Drawing tread on a tyre" i posted a wheel which i took off a model but have since decided that it could be better what do you think?
I trie rendering it with Kerkythea but i still have too much to learn in this field
for now just Sketchup -

Hang in there with Kerkythea. The learning curve is steep. I am getting there at a snail's pace and still cheat a lot with PhotoShop but it is a rewarding program to work with.
