Ok, so I'm having issues with the Layers Panel working correctly. I'm hoping that I can help out in nailing down what the issue is. Let me know if there is any more information I can provide.

My thoughts: I'm wondering if I could be causing the problem with my naming conventions for layers. I know sometimes symbols throw a spanner in the works with programs/code when. If it could be that let me know. I tested renaming them to have no # preceding their name, but I got no different result.


Issue:
	Everything Seems to work great until Add Group is tried, after trying it, see the broken features.

Broken Features Once Add Group is tried (and what they do when clicked):
	Add Group 							---> No result
	Add Layer 							---> No result
	Delete Layers (all types)       	---> No result (warning shows, but nothing happens)
	Highlight Selection's Layers    	---> No result
	Set Selection's Layer as current 	---> No result


I've tested it under the following conditions:

Test on Tempate File:
Open Template 
	Try a feature like "Color by layer" 	---> Success
	Click Add Group 						---> Breaks Something
	Try Color by layer again				---> Fails


Test on Working Model
	Try a feature like "Color by layer" 	---> Success
	Click Add Group 						---> Breaks Something
	Try Color by layer again				---> Fails



My network setup:
	Version: 			14.0.4900
	Plugins: 			000_Additional_Plugins_Folder by Fredo6
	Location:			In each user stations' appropriate default plugins folder.
		
		Plugins are stored and loaded from several network locations all hosted on our common N:\ drive. The folders follow the map below.

		N:\SKETCHUP\Plug-ins Repository\Network Folder Structure\RUBY_2_0\Plugins_Design\

			Plugins_Beta_v2 - Holds plugins that I am currently testing/learning before rolling out to users.
			Plugins_FREE_v2 - Holds plugins available to general users.
			Plugins_PAID_v2 - Holds plugins that are granted to certain users with authorization.
