I want to share a workflow approach regarding the development of low-poly, heavy-duty dynamic assets engineered specifically for complex facility layouts (industrial design, crane operations, and regulatory clearance mapping).

The traditional bottleneck when dealing with high-capacity equipment (such as bridge cranes and vertical cage ladders) inside massive industrial viewports is the massive dimensional drift and intense VRAM lag introduced by unoptimized geometry or broken nested group hierarchies.

To bypass this infrastructure issue, I have been engineering parametric simulators using strict, clean native mathematical formulas inside the Component Options backend. The goal is to allow real-time mechanical interaction (X/Y/Z linear travel and vertical safety clearances fully compliant with OSHA regulations) without depending on heavy external ruby scripts or third-party extensions.

I have deployed a raw operational viewport test showcasing the trolley travel kinematics and target alignment behavior in real-time under native software constraints:

I would appreciate to open a discussion regarding the optimization of complex nested components. How do you usually handle mathematical boundary limits for component movement restrictions when stacking large architectural systems?

Cheers!
