<![CDATA[Gaussian Splat]]>has anyone experiance with this APP?

looks very handy in some cases.

I installed it but when I try to import a *.ply file (scanned with scaniverse) SU crashes.

Any Idea?

The PLY files often come out huge with vertex colors that SU chokes on. Try opening it in MeshLab or CloudCompare first, decimate the mesh a bit and re-export as a cleaner PLY or OBJ. That fixed the crashing for me. Which SU version are you running?
