yeah...no magic here... just the render and a couple line exports from sketchup with varying extension lengths (no idea if this actually makes it look any better..but i still do it)... then overlay all in pshop and blend/multiply the line layers and give them varying opacities..

wow. can you share the style file please. i.e. the sketchup style that you apply for the watercolour effect. That'll be really nice of you. -
I think the style for these is from FormFonts.... fineline ink..or something close to that.

its just overlaying the line work in pshop... so its honestly a matter of minutes. the modelling/rendering...thats obviously dependent on you and your project!
