      Hi Stinkie,

Your renders images are much better than the images from the company website, i would say that there is more life in your renders.
you can try this Visopt setting that I use for exterior shot, wish you all the best... 😉

Those look good. I don't see why you wouldn't get some work with those.

            Good luck!

These are looking great, I really like the mood in the second image and these are definitely better than the companies images!

              Cheers!

                Thanks.

I'll just drop these new images in here as they're made for the same purpose as the ones above. Not perfect by any means, but time restraints keep me from putting more work in these.

                  These are also V Ray?
The warmth of the light in the first one is quite appealing.

But I think there is a visual confusion between the chair in the immediate foreground and the coffee table in the background. If they could be somehow separated I think the image would be simpler and more direct.

Interior shots are beautiful for me, artistic... 👍

Yes. Complex app, but its quality/speed ratio is quite impressive. In fact, I'm planning on looking into how well Blender and Vray play along. Vray for SU is only 32 bit, and that's a real drag.

Yeah ... the composition is indeed flawed. Shame, but there's no time to redo the render.

                      Thanks, Fred.

I wish Vray wasn't tied to the parent app. I'd like to be able to come into Vray from either SketchUp or modo, my two main programs. I can see buying Rhino in the future which would mean getting another Vray license. It would be so much more attractive an option if it was stand alone with separate plugins like Thea or Maxwell

That makes two of us. Would be much more practical. Not to mention cheaper. I have no objection against buying Vray, obviously, but I really cannot justify the added cost of Max or Maya. As I mentioned, Vray for Blender (a script that connects Blender and Vray for Maya) may be a viable option. All one needs to buy, is Vray for Maya, as both the script and Blender are free. Sounds good to me.
