Dermot, your advise is always appreciated. Have no doubts about that

Yeah Val has a great setup with tools and machines for all kinds of things. He is retired now, looking after his rentals and playing golf. The workshop is there mostly for storage and building maintenance but he still likes knocking out bits and pieces.

We will have a good laugh putting the Corner Cubby together. There have already been a few lively 'debates' about the best way to put it together already with a few 'fs' flying around We will get there in the end
