AERO-SPACE DRAWING
-
Thanks numbthumb but no my laptop cannot handle rendering, i have got memory problems which i just can't get licked
-
The devil is in the detail .....getting there warpaint and markings enjoy
-
Hi, Dolphus!
Just when I thought your model was finished... Excellent!
Are those markings carved into geometry, or did you just use decals?
Have you decided to include a pilot? -
Hi numbthumb, carved into geometry, the markings that is, and i don't think i will be able to put aircrew into the model because the polly count is now becoming critical
-
Great work Dolf.
Hide the lines around some of the graphics and it will read much better. Especially when you zoom out on your model. See attached example.
-
Thanks Boofredlay I once thought of doing that but never got round to trying you have now motivated me to "clean up" my act thank you very much for the advice ....very well received
-
I posted these before getting Bofreddie's tip on the text so i will clean them up and post again
-
I didnยดt even notice the camo job!
Once again, excellent work, Dolphus! -
HOW IS THIS!!!!!!!
I think it came out well....how about some comments??
-
Hehe, I did notice that, you know...
Is this a dashboard wip ? -
And ow back to the Allouett II this project is also growing pollywise ...so far
-
I am always surprised by the amount of details, Dolphus! Your reference database must be huge! I am seriously starting to suspect that you are hiding one of these in your garage!
-
the wonder off the internet, anything is possible..... you are right it is a massive database...thanks for the comment
-
Started on the main rotor which is a intimidating piece of equipment to model ....well see how it goes....
-
Awesome work!
-
Always a delight seeing your stuff, Dolf...my laptop is cringing just looking at all those polys
-
Thanks Coremaster and d12dozr the polly count at this stage results in a file size of 12.4 MB my laptop has resigned itself to being overloaded this far....
-
Rotor Head and propeller blades done
-

-
Incredible detail Dolphus - you will have to dumb down a bit if you start on kitchens!!!! Great work as usual!
