My Models (~goldenfrog~)
-
Ah yes, I see. That was intentional. And I don't mind it.
-
Ok, just was wondering if you noticed because all of your models are like that (no "flare")
-
What just happened to the 3d warehouse looks like a server crash. I sure hope I'm wrong...
-
I have a wormhole to models...go to the home screen and click one of the models at the bottom. You will go to ratings an find someone who rated your model. Find your model in their ratings. The warehouse deleted all my models. Hope it didn't happen to you.
-
Nope. But it didn't happen to you either! Whew!

What would have happened in a server crash?
-
Unless they have a backup, the data (All models, ratings collections etc) would be lost. But the warehouse is fine now.
-
In refrence to my logo, i don't want anything textured. Nope. No changin colors. Like it or not, thats what im doing. IM WORDERING ABOUT THE DESIGN OF THE LOGO.

Indeed we can. It's been ages since I posted anything on this topic. Been reading my thick-as-aphonebook 3DS Max bible. Anyway, I've started a project (Duh!) In competition with Rogue's city hatchback that he is working on as we speak, I am too making a hatchback. And for all you sticklers for professionalism , the title of my file is called City Car r3. Also watching my polygon count, but it's very sad that the wheels I am currently using add about 8000 faces
But if I didn't use them, the shell of the car would only have 1000 faces in it! My lightest car model I think.
Anyway, enough with my blathering, time for pictures of the model!!

Wow. Looks nice

Thanks Nola. Still needs work on the doors
My one hundredth reply on this thread. Yay!

Considering there are none, i would agree! -
Well, it's all done now. I finally took some time off Blender and went back to Sketchup for a while, just long enough to finish it. Here are some shots.
-
Are you quitting Sketchup?
-
To be honest, I don't really know. I realized that Blender is a better special effects and animation porgram than Sketchup once I get over the interface. Don't get me worng, I'm not bored with Sketchup in the least, just wanted a taste of something new.
-
Oh. Good. If you leave, the warehouse will start to fall apart because like they say, when one domino falls...
-
Yeah, I know, but...many dominoes have fallen in the past. Hey, btw, have you tried blender?
