rcossoli, looking good, but personally I prefer the previous house rendering; the shadows work better, and it doesn't look as washed out. Also, I'd provide a curb cut for the entrance to that parking space.

As I went back to render the scene decided to play a bit with the shadows to see what else he could do with them, you have reason about washing over the side of the image, may have too much glow ifrom photoshop -
