        Finally finished!

Strongly influenced by GT styling, the Ford Mach 2 concept car featured a midship 289 cubic inch V-8, raised carburettor intake ports on the rear deck, a radiator grille depressed in the hood surface and cargo space for two suitcases behind the air exhaust. It was designed with a semi-monocoque steel and fibreglass body, and weighed only 2650 pounds in street form. There was ducted ventilation to the heater and air conditioner, fixed and flush mounted side windows. The rear suspension was trailing link in combination with two lateral control arms.

          Wow! Awesome stuff.

Looks like it did have regular exhaust pipes after all. I blame the media for this scarcity of information.

Very nice... the Mondeo has a very original design, the adverts are funny too 🤣

Speaking of the Mondeo, the estate version is beautiful. There are only a handful of wagons that are good looking. The only one I can think of now is the Audi RS wagons, but that's because of the crazy wheels and vents.

                      http://image.automotive.com/f/auto-shows/new-ford-mondeo-c-max-to-be-unveiled-at-geneva-motor-show/6235836+w621+cr1+re0+ar1/2007-ford-mondeo-wagon-rightjpg.jpg

                      Look at that!

And then there's the Opel Insignia Estate...

                        Yeah, Estates look quite nice.
I can’t agree with the Opel Insignia Estate thing, its just an attempt at replicating the Mondeo...

Hmm...? I thought the Insignia was an Infiniti rip-off (hint: Infiniti G35 taillights). Still a good estate execution though (note the pillars).

Looks great so far! Looks very scary at this stage - hell's only a few hours away (i.e. bumpers; fenders; etc.). Probably explains why I don't want to make car models... 😲

Yeah, I find getting the vertical stuff the hardest 😄

Well the Insignia is just a Holden Commodore / Vauxhall / Opel / Chevrolet / Pontiac / Daewoo, horrible facelift model, like most new GM sedans..they are all just face lifts of older models usually all made in China and designed by some D!K who couldn’t care less about cars, the economy or the environment....

Here is a little something, something me, Javier, Shreeyam and Wacov are going to be working on

This is a test model for that latest version of SketchyPhysics, feel free to download and give feedback.

                                        Required:
                                        -SP3x June 27th or later
                                        -SketchUp 7

                                        -Ford F-150 SP.skp
-F150.WAV (if you want a basic engine sound)

                                        Instructions:

                                        -Unzip the .zip archive
-Copy F150.WAV to the SketchyPhysics 3, Sounds folder
                                        -Open Ford F-150 SP.skp

-Use the direction keys for movement and the Space bar for a little extra madness!
-Use the Driver scene for a better driving experience

                                        Files:

Sweet! Drifting is so much fun... and I did roll over a few times. Anyway...

There are a few errors (that sound lag due to the SP's coding; hopefully will be fixed in a later issue), but you guys should upload it to the warehouse. More input is all it needs to be awesome-er.

Call me a purist, but I want to see a live axle setup of that thing. I did a similar one on a Defender (just a hypothesis; may not function like a real live axle).
                                          1.png
I also saw how you guys did the steering mechanism. I may be old-fashioned, but I prefer the "Plain Jane" box rather than the shape you have. Better crash physics... I guess?

Feel free to contribute Shams, this is really just an “open to anyone” model.
