Thai Style House

Love the detail.
-
Super nice work!
Can you tell me where did you find those beautiful trees? -
Wanat,
More amazing work ....... why am I not surprised. I would love to be able to see the detail a little clearer - maybe if you slightly alter the tone of a couple of the red materials on the different surfaces it would stand out more. I also would like more info on what this represents!

great presentation...love the details
curious too about how long did it take to model this ? -
That is a really beautiful model
Is this a copy of an existing house, or did you create this yourself?
-
You have a great eye for detail.
Thanks for this and your other works. Welcome to the SCF.

As others have said, this is fantastic work. Your attention to detail is outstanding. Having been in Thailand years ago this bring back many great memories, not to mention I am now craving some good Thai food!
Well done, Would love to see more work.

%(#0000FF)[This model is really exist at Kata beach,Phuket Island, Thailand.
I took times 10 days to made this drawing.
Thank you for every comments,I'm very grateful.] -
Oh my god, what a beautiful model! You must have a really good orginasation within the model (layers, groups, components). I'm deeply impressed.
-
very cool, i want to render it!!!, it would be a nice break from tuscan houses
-
im i need of some good textured SU palms, came across these great images, would or could you share these???
-
Nice job! Maybe you could work with a little more white to balance out all the red, this way the observer can differ faster and better between roof, walls, railings and floor.
Again, good work!
-
wow, inspiring work. makes me wanna go back to beautiful thailand immediately!
-
Rombout, are you digging for treasures?
-
I love all the decks and walkways. The model looks much nicer than the actual building although it looks like they're still doing construction on it. I do agree that it takes a little time for the eye to adjust to all the red and differentiate between the roof, walls, floors and other materials of the model.

Sure is going to be interesting to see when you'll get a reply...
This is a 2 year old thread you're bringing back to life...
Moreover... If you take a look at the user profile, you'll see that friday-night isn't visiting SCF that frequently... -
I once (20 years ago) tried to build a shop in Phuket using historical forms, carved wood, etc. and was told that it would cost at least 10 times as much. The contractor somehow did the entire project out of plywood, etc.
Nice looking work, I see that you had better luck then I finding someone to build your vision.
