I didn't do renderings for 18 month because my architectural side started to pick up. Now, I'm in Seoul, Korea, leading a 4,000,000 s.f. mixed use. Not much time left for renderings. I guess it is good: I always wanted to be an architect.
The image is of one of my later San Diego jobs. Yes, I lived there for quite a while. Planning to break ground this spring.
well I didn't loose the feeling, but forgot the technique. Had to reinvent almost from skratch. Took me twice as long to do it - 9 hours!!!Well done Dennis, great to hear that you have achieved your professional goal and doing well .... Wow that is a big project!
Please check inot SketchUcation as often as you can as we welcome seeing your work.
Best,
Mike

Dennis,
Any chance of your sharing more images of your Korean project? The architecture looks fascinating and I'd love to see more details.
Thanks,
Fred

Fred, I'll post something once more worthy images are there.
Mateo, good to see you again.
Majid, thanks for posting. Fascinating model. Perhaps the front objects could be white inside -just line work. Also, don't be stingy with white paper all around. Give it some room to breath.
Here is a detail of Mt.Helix rendering
