It is always a good idea to give some context to your post - otherwise confusion reigns...
You seem to want to ambush me with an unanswered question of some months ago in another thread, about a completely different tool...
I am not clairvoyant.
I see your 2dTools Fillet issue, but I am not going to fix my code. It's well over a decade old and it already has issues with some other of its tools in the latest versions of SketchUp.
It is free-ware after all...
But if you want to adjust my code please feel free...
In 2DfilletTool.rb... in lines#380 and #386 remove the # so the edge is erased... works for me.
On reflection, I've posted the corrected RB file in the original thread, which you should substitute in the 2Dtools subfolder and restart SketchUp to sync.
It will break the 'signing' but provided your Extension Manager's Loading Policy is set to 'Unrestricted' it will load OK...

Set up your SketchUp template with the scenes already named. Make a simple model in that template to use as a proxy SketchUp model you insert into your LayOut template with the viewports arranged on the sheets as you want. When you start a new project in SketchUp use the template with the scenes you created. You can change the camera position and other scene properties to suit the new model but leave the scene names as they are in your template. Then when you're ready for LayOut, open the LO template and in Document Setup>References, relink the SketchUp reference to your project file. The viewports will all update to show the scenes from your project model.
FWIW, an extension won't make the viewports display the model any faster. LayOut will still have to render them. Likely there are things you can do in your SketchUp file to optiize it so the rendering time is reduced. I'm going to also guess you could manage with fewer scenes in the model if you wanted to.

I doubt if the Layout dimension tool could be made to recognise different dimensioning end points. However, you can set up as many dimension styles as you need within the same Layout file. Use a dummy dimension on the page and sample it with the eye-dropper tool before adding a new dimension. Or, use the eye-dropper to update an existing dimension. Ideally, save your dimension in a Scrapbook to use in future work. The Layout dimension system is very customisable, you could, for example have the astrix you like on just one end of the dimension line.
Good luck!

I know is more than a year of this FR, but the behavior still the same. I only work with straight leader lines with/without elbow. The workaround is to make 2 straight lines to behave like a leader line with elbow.

When this happens you clearly know something is wrong and needs fixing. This is bad.

However when this happens, people don't notice the tiny deviation and look at the error like it's correct. Much worse imho.

It's not easy for 100 labels and it's not easy if you want to change label position.

Maybe so, but from 101 to infinity it is fairly easy to set right/left/center justify.
Select Label.....Text Style.......Right/Left justify.....font size etc. and Go.
Now if OP wants auto justify in relation to leader position, than I can see this as a useful feature. (with option to turn on/off if required)
Or, when moving a label and the leader flips from L to R auto text justify would also be a time saver here.

Could be better but has a lot of power built in. I am using Sketchup for space programming (bubble diagrams) and have found I can add custom properties to a component, then get Layout to report them. So, like when you have <ComponentDescription> you can change it to:
%(#FF0000)[<DynamicComponent(role)>
<DynamicComponent(staff)>]
Where role and staff are custom attributes I created for my "bubble" component. Pretty cool! I just figured this out yesterday so there are probably way cooler things we can do.
BTW, attached is the bubble component if you are interested. You can change the area you want to change the size of the circle.
